Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Lead therapy sessions in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group settings, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Implement therapeutic interventions and continuously evaluate treatment progress, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide leadership for parent support groups and implement special considerations for families dealing with placement and adoption challenges, particularly for prenatally substance-exposed children.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
