Ideal qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Active and current state licensure for Ohio
• Proven success delivering SLP services in educational settings
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Deliver consultative and training support for staff and caregivers
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school initiatives

Available contract options:

• One full-time position for the length of the 2026-2027 school year
• One 0.8 FTE opportunity covering a maternity leave from August 19 through September 30
