Job Title: RN - Critical Care - Travel


Location: Alexandria, LA


Pay: $2,490.84 per week


Shifts: Days 7PM - 7AM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN - Critical Care to join a mixed cardiac and medical ICU team. This travel position offers an opportunity to enhance your nursing skills in a challenging and fast-paced environment, focusing on patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, and post-op cardiovascular surgeries.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care
  • Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
  • Administer medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol.
  • Monitor patients for side-effects and effectiveness of treatments.
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and care givers.
Requirements of the RN - Critical Care
  • BLS certification via AHA required
  • ACLS certification via AHA required
  • RN License in state of employment or compact
  • One year of experience in the Critical Care setting preferred
