Staffing Coordinator, Topsfield, MA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced full-time Staffing Coordinator to join the Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center team in Topsfield, Massachusetts. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met by planning, organizing, and implementing a sustainable staffing strategy. Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy to meet the company's staffing needs Monitor staffing needs and take proactive actions to ensure adequate staffing levels Collaborate with staffing agencies as needed to fill staffing gaps Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop strategies to address these challenges Assist with candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Design and plan work shift schedules to optimize staffing efficiency Provide support with timekeeping and payroll processing Create, present, and submit reports to management to track staffing metrics and trends Job Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role Long-term care facility experience preferred Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively Reliable with respect to confidentiality Education: High school diploma or GED required What We Offer: Competitive pay ($25-$30 HOURLY) Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Paid time off Holiday pay 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
