About the Role

As Copado's first Senior Solutions Consultant in the APAC region (based in Sydney), you will be a foundational hire with the opportunity to shape and define how we show up technically across the region. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and the right candidate will have a clear path toward leading and mentoring a broader SC team. The Senior Solutions Consultant will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to our Account Executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle, while laying the groundwork for a growing SC practice as our APAC presence expands. You will bring Agentia to life by translating complex AI, DevOps, and AgentOps concepts into compelling, value-driven presentations and narratives, and your influence will extend well beyond the deal cycle.

What You'll Do

• Pre-Sales Engineering & Regional Growth: Partner with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities across APAC, delivering expert technical support, tailored demos, and architecture presentations for the Agentia platform
• Proof of Value & Bid Management: Lead solution workshops, trials, and POVs that prove rapid ROI, while managing RFx responses with a focus on Copado's differentiated AgentOps value proposition
• Ecosystem Enablement & Cross-Functional Strategy: Enable the APAC partner network, collaborate with Product, Services, and Marketing to drive upsell, and represent Copado at regional field events
• Strategic Advisory & Relationship Building: Contribute to sales strategy, architect customer-specific solutions, and build lasting relationships with key technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Pre-Sales & Architecture Experience: 5+ years of pre-sales or technical consulting experience, with proficiency in enterprise application design and modern technology stacks
• Presentation & Business Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead technical presentations and articulate business value
• Independence & Travel Readiness: Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple APAC opportunities independently, with a willingness to travel for on-site meetings and industry events
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with US/EU-headquartered companies, hands-on exposure or certifications in Salesforce/Copado/DevOps, and familiarity with AI agents (AgentOps/Agentforce), test automation, or compliance-driven delivery
