To learn more, visit Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Associa is looking for an account service professional to manage a portfolio of internal and external clients. This position resides on the marketing team comprised of account service, design, copy and digital/data ops groups. This role works with our sales team to develop and execute email campaigns, events, ads, collateral, etc. for lead generation efforts. This position also works with branch leaders to provide marketing support including client communications and other client retention efforts. In addition, this role provides marketing support for some non-branch accounts that include a mix of products, services and programs. Responsibilities Working closely with other marketing team members to create and manage marketing campaigns, events and advertising collateral for sales and branch clients Working with third-party vendors to execute on-time deliverables such as direct mail, print collateral, promotional items, etc. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors Consulting with regional sales directors, business development managers and branch/ops leaders on marketing strategies/plans Completion of projects from start to finish; critical elements include management of content contributors, timelines/due dates, distribution lists and budget, and ensuring that work upholds brand standards and reflects consistent messaging across channels Knowledge and Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication Excellent time-management and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines Solution-oriented approach and willing to problem solve with clients and team Strong individual contributor with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with a team Willingness to learn email automation & survey tools, project management systems, etc. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor including high-pressure situations Excellent work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail Education and Experience Proven track record with years of ad agency or in-house marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related field Microsoft Office/0365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Knowledge of Asana, Slack &/or Salesforce are a plus, but not required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Associa
