Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Sourcing Executive and C-Suite Leaders for leading global mobility, semiconductor, and clean energy organizations. Senior Account Manager | Plano, TX | Up to $160k + Bonus The Opportunity: The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote the brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will come in with experience working with Tier 1 Telecommunication and Data Center customers and be well versed across this market including their unique needs. Responsibilities Work with key tier 1 accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction. Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts. Understand full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts. Act as strategic market expert finding new areas of opportunities within existing accounts while also finding new business within telecom and data center markets. Qualifications 4+ years of Direct Sales experience at Tier 1 Telecom Operators. Strong technical background with knowledge in telecom DC Power Systems, Generators, Cabinets, Batteries, etc. Familiarity with sales performance metrics. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
