You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent, compassionate engagement with children Accurate data collection and follow-through Openness to feedback and skill development Team collaboration and reliability Professionalism and positive attitude ____________________________________________________________________________________ Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience) High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $21.00 - $26.00/hour Bachelor's Degree: $22.00 - $26.00/hour Additional factors that may increase starting pay include: Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings Higher levels of education or relevant coursework Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification) ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Minimum age of 18 High School diploma or GED required Ability to meet the physical demands of the role , including: Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed No prior ABA experience required-we train you ____________________________________________________________________________________ Experience That Transfers Well Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional) Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies Mental health or human services roles Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience ____________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different Offer stability without burnout Provide real training-not just shadowing Create clear paths for growth and advancement Recognize and reward your impact ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
