Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources for effective interventions.

• Implement and refine treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Develop, document, and review individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, outlining specific goals and actionable steps to enhance their mental health.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, school psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated care and consistent support for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to protect the well-being of students during critical situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and peer support groups to foster community and connection among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
