Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation that comply with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school psychologists, and community resources, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engaging in regular peer consultations and case reviews to enhance therapeutic strategies and share insights.
\n
• Providing educational resources and support to parents and caregivers regarding mental health issues and treatment options.
\n
• Staying current with developments in the mental health field to ensure best practices in your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children, adolescents, and their families in a school setting. Your role will focus on addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related concerns. Your interventions will aim to promote emotional resilience, social skills, and academic success among students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Georgia.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Strong knowledge of various psychotherapy methodologies with a focus on solution-based techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and adherence to professional guidelines endorsed by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
