Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various emotional and behavioral issues.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, evaluating progress regularly.

• Facilitate communication among family members to resolve conflicts and encourage healthy interactions.

• Support clients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Work closely with clients to help them adjust to life changes, such as blended family dynamics or medical complications.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our digital records system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. You will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, which allows you to make a significant impact on multigenerational dynamics. Compensation and Benefits\n
