Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individual clients as well as couples and families, establishing clinical needs and therapeutic goals.

• Providing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the diverse issues presented by clients, including family conflicts, stress management, and grief.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues such as communication difficulties and conflicts, while also offering individual therapy as needed.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions to better manage a range of challenges mental health, facilitating healthy coping strategies for clients dealing with alcohol abuse, divorce, and blended families.

• Regularly documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in our digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Participating in case consultations with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed professionals are welcome to apply, candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting and familiarity with teletherapy modalities are given preference.
