Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Canvas Wellness, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individual therapy sessions, focusing on their unique relationships and family dynamics.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and patient goals.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Conflicts among family members
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Communication difficulties within families

\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records, treatment notes, and progress updates in our digital system.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to enhance the multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Staying current with best practices in therapy and behavioral health to continually provide the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing complex issues such as grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, and mental health disorders. A significant portion of the population includes adults, children, and adolescents, requiring a therapist skilled in adapting therapeutic approaches based on developmental and situational needs.

Qualifications\n
