Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active LBS1 endorsement and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience in special education with academic life skills focus preferred
• Ability to work onsite, full-time (37.5 hours/week) throughout the full school year (August–June)
• Committed to fostering student success within a self-contained classroom of 7-9 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction based on students’ IEPs in a self-contained setting
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adapt strategies for individual needs
• Collaborate with families, specialists, and educational teams to support holistic development
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
