Make a meaningful difference for school-aged children as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wilmington, NC. This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week, contract through December 18, 2026) centers on supporting elementary students with a variety of communication needs—from articulation and language challenges to those who benefit from augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices. You'll collaborate with an educational team dedicated to each student's growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students with varied caseloads
• Handle evaluations, create and update IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and family communications
• Benefit from paid indirect and administrative hours to ensure quality, compliant services
• Engage in professional collaboration and receive support throughout your assignment
• Option to interview virtually via Zoom for convenience

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license for North Carolina
• Completion of background check and fingerprinting before start date
• School-based experience or background with AAC devices preferred
• Passion for working with pediatric populations and diverse student needs
