Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs, including articulation, language disorders, and use of AAC devices
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Engage in paid indirect duties, including planning and administrative collaboration

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible North Carolina SLP license
• Completion of required background check and fingerprinting before starting
• Experience with school-based populations or AAC is highly valued
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with pediatric therapy experience are all encouraged to apply
