ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to work closely with people, build meaningful relationships, and help families protect what matters most to them. I earned my master’s degree in Education from UConn and am a proud parent of three teenagers who keep our family busy with baseball, theater, and school sports. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active through fitness and working out.

Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency proudly sponsors area sports teams as well as the local theater program, allowing us to support many of the activities and organizations that bring families in our community together.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
