Focused on driving revenue for affiliate publishing partners, the full-time Paid Social Specialist will manage media buying and execution on platforms like Meta and TikTok, optimize campaigns for ROI, and ensure data integrity while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end campaign setup and execution on Meta, expanding to TikTok and other channels Continuously optimize bidding strategies and budget distribution to achieve aggressive ROAS targets Own tracking infrastructure, ensuring accurate attribution of clicks and conversions Required Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on paid social buying experience, preferably in-house or at a performance agency Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok or other platforms is a plus Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools for analyzing large datasets Understanding of affiliate dynamics, including EPC and revenue-share models Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
