Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based methodologies to address mental health disorders and substance use issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and effective communication regarding client progress.

• Manage a diverse caseload, scheduling regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas to enhance program offerings and maintain a cohesive team environment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, equipping clients with skills to navigate challenging life circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Blissful Counseling Hub, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and therefore, your ability to build rapport and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet individual needs is crucial for successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with clients, their families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is mandatory, applicants with additional expertise in specialized therapeutic techniques or those with experience in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Experience working with diverse populations and proficiency in teletherapy practices will also enhance your application.
