Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative I for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel (pivots and charts) and PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills as well as personal, email and phone communication skills.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong problem-solving skills; effective leadership skills; ability to recommend suggestions and make sound business decisions.
• Strategic thinker who sets priorities and goals
• Flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast paced environment

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the front office CRC to coordinate core returns using the pickup service
• Work with RAR and KAM to contact, inform, and remind customers of their duties
• Ensure compliance with requirements of commercial policy relating to the return of property
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all internal and external customers
• Coordinate shipments of core returns to the appropriate site
• Help identify and clear Y4 anomalies upon reception from the customer
• Manage all inductions at different sites depending on need, launching the appropriate work orders, and ensure all documentations is shared
• Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of core returns
• Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of Y4
• Ensure appropriate databases (SAP, OPX, PAARIS) are accurate and up to date
• Aid in problem solving/timeline specifications for transactions needing clarity
• Backup of CWB Coordinator and Asset Management Specialist
• Support projects improving the accuracy of the stock in the different IT systems
• Support initiatives to improve the efficiency within the Department and between departments
• Propose idea and improvement project

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to stand.
• The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit, and talk or hear.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Accredited High school diploma or equivalent: and/or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS

• Full-Time- Monday-Friday 08:00am-05:00pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
