Revenue Cycle Consultant

Role Overview: A Senior Associate in Revenue Cycle within Healthcare Provider Modernization, focusing on process improvement, operational transformation, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead process improvement initiatives and manage associates to resolve complex operational issues using market-leading technology and analytics. Collaborate on client engagements to optimize workflows, address quality gaps, and enhance operational and financial outcomes across healthcare organizations. Design and redesign business processes, incorporate analytics tools, and develop training materials, gap analyses, and performance reports for clients. Communicate with engagement teams and clients, escalating issues as needed, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems. Assess, validate, and benchmark operational performance using data-driven insights, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping, including AI tool utilization for revenue cycle assessments. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of three years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations, financial improvement, or systems integration within healthcare. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or related fields. Strong data analysis skills with experience in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or Data Warehousing. Proven experience implementing operational improvements across revenue cycle functions such as billing, collections, and vendor management. Solid understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, healthcare industry practices, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
