Our Opportunity Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Manager to drive franchise profitability, strategic growth, and development execution across Latin America & the Caribbean. This role combines financial analytics, franchise performance management, and LAC development deal execution, supporting all four RBI brands. RBI follows a 5 day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week in our Miami, FL office. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Franchise Performance Management Collect, validate, and analyze franchisee and Joint Venture financial data Evaluate profitability and identify improvement opportunities Lead reporting cycles and performance dashboards Present insights to senior leadership Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Insights Build financial models to forecast key profitability drivers Provide data‑driven insights for planning and growth Analyze macroeconomic variables (inflation, FX, labor, capex) Align forecasts with expansion strategies Franchise Development & Deal Execution Estimate franchisees valuation, leverage projections and cash flow needs Support sourcing and evaluation of new franchise partners Develop investment cases (IRR, NPV) Prepare pitch decks and diligence materials Participate in investor discussions and contract negotiations Track development commitments vs performance Standardization & Best Practices Implement standardized analytics frameworks Establish best practices across markets Improve tools and dashboards Drive continuous improvement initiatives Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with multiple departments Lead business reviews and reporting Build relationships with franchisees and partners Mentor junior team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) 5–8 years of relevant experience (QSR and/or Consulting) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Spanish required and Portuguese is a plus Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
