Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume AP work, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive team. You’ll start by owning statement reconciliations and quickly expand your responsibilities as you learn the company’s systems and processes. Responsibilities Perform vendor statement reconciliations and research discrepancies. Issue and process check payments. Review invoice information scanned into the accounting system for accuracy. Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation. Support month-end accounts payable activities. Assist the accounting team with additional administrative and AP-related projects as needed. Qualifications Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy. Reliable, dependable attendance. Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel for filtering, reviewing, and updating data. Experience with high-volume AP is highly preferred. Work Environment & Culture Friendly, upbeat, and team-oriented accounting department. Casual business attire (jeans are welcome).
