Competitive salary of $80,000-$85,000 , based on experience Manage quality custom remodeling projects - not high-volume production homes Typically oversee just 2-4 active projects at a time, allowing you to stay organized and deliver exceptional results Join a well-established, family-owned company with an outstanding reputation Work with an experienced, collaborative team that genuinely values craftsmanship and professionalism PTO: 2 weeks upon hire (pro-rated); 3 weeks in third year 7 Paid Holidays Mileage reimbursement $465/month company contribution toward health insurance Monthly cell phone allowance Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility based on project needs Long-term career opportunity with a stable and growing company What You\'ll Do As our Project Manager, you\'ll oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect. Responsibilities include: Manage 2-4 residential remodeling projects simultaneously Review project plans and scopes before construction begins Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans Monitor project budgets and approve subcontractor invoices upon satisfactory completion Work closely with estimating and leadership to manage costs and project changes Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact the schedule or client experience Ensure projects comply with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership What We\'re Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced residential construction professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
