Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator III to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines.
• Support the team in adhering to project budgets and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience with Glider assessments is a plus.

Pay Range: $35- $38/hr on W2 

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
