What You’ll Be Challenged To Do This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative team environment. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Conducts and documents project meetings with clients. Prepares and monitors project schedules. Performs periodic construction observation and inspection checks. Possesses basic surveying interpretation skills. Prepares reports and correspondence. Prepares and checks quantities for measurement and payment purposes. Prepares construction payment applications. Negotiates and prepares construction change orders. Reviews submittals and other technical data. Proficient with construction management software for document management and scheduling. Performs constructability reviews and value engineering studies. Assists with Risk Management assessments. Prepares and monitors Quality Control and Assurance Plans. Occasional Travel to and from project sites is expected. Education | Experience: BS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Experience working with NCDOT is strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in Procore or similar CM software preferred but not required 10-hour OSHA Safety course. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SharePoint Environment Good oral and written communication skills. Must possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the position. Compensation The salary range for this role is $95,500 - $145,500.
