Compensation

Paid Training Program

Eligible new hires may earn up to $9,000 during the training period, subject to program requirements and active employment. Following training, Sales Consultants participate in a competitive commission-based compensation plan with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Utilize CRM tools and dealership sales processes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
