Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by working collaboratively with clients and evaluating their individual needs, issues, and goals.

• Offer individual therapy sessions that address a wide array of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, conflict resolution, and fostering healthier relationships.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, complying with all legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs and progress, ensuring adaptable care.

• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and staying current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base across various demographics, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Our clients present with a range of concerns such as relationship challenges, emotional distress, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Maryland is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
