We are looking for a strategic, people-first P&O Director to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth across our contract logistics operations. What We're Looking For

Required Experience

Minimum five years' experience at a Director level of HR / P&O within fast-paced 3PL operational environment. Strong experience supporting multi-site operations, preferably within contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and change initiatives. Expertise in customer relations, employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Experience partnering directly with senior operational leaders both internally and externally. Strong understanding of compliance and employment practices in complex operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

College degree or advanced HR certification preferred. Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces. M&A integration or rapid-growth experience is a plus. Experience working within matrixed or global organizations preferred.

The physical demands of this position primarily involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer. The role requires travel to various company locations, including warehouses and distribution facilities, which may involve extended periods of walking and standing. The employee must be able to communicate effectively in person and through virtual communication platforms. This is a virtual position requiring travel to company locations and operational facilities as business needs dictate. The employee will primarily work in a remote office environment, with regular visits to warehouses, distribution centers, and other operational locations. During site visits, the employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, elevated noise levels, moving equipment, and other conditions typical of active logistics operations. The position requires flexibility to accommodate travel, operational schedules, and occasional work outside standard business hours. Employees must adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures while visiting company facilities.

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
