ASCP Clinical Lab Scientist
MLR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic laboratory team at an established hospital in Southern California. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and treating patients through accurate and timely laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities for a CLS / Clinical Lab Scientist:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy.
- Interpret and report test results, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide critical insights for patient care.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Qualifications for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Technologist:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field.
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
