Hiring: Complaint Investigations Technician
Location: Alameda, CA Onsite
We are hiring a Complaint Investigations Technician to support investigations of returned blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors in a medical device complaint investigations lab.

Key Responsibilities:
Unpack and sort returned medical devices by product line
Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints
Document investigation results in the Complaint Handling System
Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, test fixtures, and other troubleshooting equipment
Perform routine maintenance of quality records
Ensure testing equipment is within calibration/validity
Follow SOPs and written work instructions
Perform accurate data entry and maintain investigation documentation

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED with technical experience
Recent Bachelor's graduates are encouraged to apply
Medical device, biotech, inspection, or quality experience preferred
Basic electronic troubleshooting knowledge preferred
Good computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong documentation and data-entry skills
Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive investigations
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
