Job Description As a Security Officer Luxury Retail Patrol in Glendale, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Wednesday02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Thursday02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Friday02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Saturday02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential property concerns. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance, lighting, or other site‑related issues that could impact daily operations. Assist with monitoring the property during business and after‑hours operations, helping to support an orderly environment for tenants, guests, and/or employees. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. A guard card/license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
