Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 07:0 … 03:00 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, stairwells, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional information, and help to support property rules, after-hours access procedures, and other site-specific protocols. Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, daily activity, and/or property observations, and relay important information during shift changes and to Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
