Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, accounting for their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality for all clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans that enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals and families who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our patients often come from underserved communities, and we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
