Position Title Account Manager Position Type Full-Time, Hybrid Position Location Tracking Code 01208 Daily Responsibilities Ensures all deliverables meet contractual scope, quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements. Coordinates with internal teams (corporate program manager, site leads, technical teams, subcontractors) to track deliverable progress and resolve any risks to quality andtimelydelivery. Maintain detailed task order documentation, including deliverable trackers and status reports. Serve as the escalation point for task order-related deliverable issues and proactively implement corrective actions. Handling administrative duties, performance evaluations, and resource allocation to ensure businessobjectivesand project mission are met. Talent Acquisition : Perform recruiting under guidance of HR to source, identify, attract, and onboard qualified talent aligned with task order requirements. Translate contract labor categories, skill requirements, and timelines into actionable staffing plans. Support candidate interviews, selection decisions, and onboarding to ensure rapid and effective integration. Monitor workforce performance, utilization, and retention in coordination with program and HR teams. Identify emerging skill gaps and recommend proactive hiring strategies to support current and future task orders Relationship Management & Proposal Support : Build and maintain strong, trusted partner relationships through regular communication and deliverable delivery. Capture and respond to client feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Assist in integrating and establish presentation for business capture strategy. Assist in proposal development, including proposal editing and writing. Additional Duties: Support in the execution of corporate business processes,practicesand policies. Participate in corporate activity meetings that are determined to be mandatory by Company President/CEO. These may include Internal Program Review (IPR) meetings, business development meetings, manager trainingsessionsand any other meetingdesignatedasrequired. Required Degree : Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or related field Required Experience : Experience managing contracts, task orders, or service delivery in a professional services environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruiting and staffing efforts tied to contract requirements. Strong client-facing communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiencywith project tracking, reporting tools, and performance metrics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing government-facing documentation. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams); familiarity with PM/PPM tools preferred. Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe tools.
