Head of Customer Communities & Advisory Programs
Basis
Basis is seeking a Communities Lead to develop and manage customer community functions in New York. In this role, you will create opportunities for customers to learn from each other, shaping the future of our product through community insights. Key qualifications include 3+ years in a similar role and the ability to work in-person five days a week in our Flatiron office.
