Manager of Financial Reporting - North America Finance

Responsibilities Assist with the production of NA Quarterly results narrative and earnings presentations; lead in working with Business Unit teams to drive consistency in management information framework and consolidate NA Business Unit Management Information. Deliver required analytics to stakeholders including Actuarial, Controllers, and Corporate FP&A. Coordinate key management deliverables and manage timelines to ensure successful team delivery. Reconcile core financials and corresponding analytics. Work closely with the Reinsurance Finance team to support third‑party information submissions and align around key financials. Lead preparation and consolidation of financial forecasts, budgets and long‑term plans. Oversee production and enhancement of analytical reports during Budget and Forecast cycles. Support preparation of Forecast and Budget results memos and presentations. Track key performance metrics across North America and deliver results to senior leadership. Coordinate with NA BUs and support improvement of forecast and planning processes across the organization. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accountancy or finance experience within the insurance industry. Prior people‑management experience. Bachelor’s degree. Strong business and financial acumen and ability to present issues clearly and concisely. Experience in forecast modeling and strong knowledge of business performance metrics. Experience performing complex analysis of financial and/or regulatory issues. Superior understanding of the financial dynamics of a Property‑Casualty insurer and related growth, profitability, and risk drivers. Experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, or similar planning systems (a plus). Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $108,000–$135,000. The position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
