Physical Security Product Manager - Surveillance and Monitoring

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Level Product Owner for the Corporate Security Physical Security Product team who will be responsible for defining and managing the roadmap for physical security technology solutions that provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers and physical assets. This role partners closely with Corporate Security, Technology and customers throughout the enterprise to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and guide the delivery of state-of-the-art integrated security solutions. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for ensuring solutions are enterprise scalable, compliant with regulatory standards, aligned with enterprise risk strategies and deliver measurable value to the organization.In this role, you will:Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needsOversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and servicesLead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywideDeliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk managementProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product linesArticulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationshipsEngage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywideServe as an adept advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of experience with physical security operations at a large financial institution or corporationDesired Qualifications:Strong understanding of physical security systems/technologies including alarm monitoring, surveillance, risk analysis/assessment and security asset management systemsExperience with Agile methodologies, backlog management stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001Experience with security applications such as SureView, Verint, Hanwha, Circadian Risk, Digital Monitoring Products (Such as Entre and Virtual Receiver)Experience with security hardware such as alarm panels, network video recorders, surveillance cameras including but not limited to Verint, Hanwha, LumanaExcellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to turn desired business outcomes into effective solution roadmapJob Expectations:Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Posting End Date: 13 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
