Senior Product Manager - WIM Operations Account Opening and Maintenance Product

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager as part of the Account Opening and Maintenance (AOM) and Money Movement (MM) Product Group within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). The primary goals of this Product team are to deliver innovative account opening and maintenance and money movement solutions that best serve our clients, financial advisors, and home office team members. The Senior Product Manager will manage Veritas issues and corrective actions for the AOM and MM product.In this role, you will:Lead and manage AOM and MM Veritas Issues and Corrective Actions.Identify and escalate issues and risks including items that are off track or at risk of missing deadlines.Shared oversight with Corrective Action owners and Business Control Managers to ensure to ensure Issues and CAs meet due dates. Manage and track all impacts and ensure new controls are created or modified where necessaryTrack all necessary deadlinesPartner with Product Delivery, Technology and Operations to collect evidence required to close out Issues and CAs.Collect status/details of each CA and present key information during bi-weekly meetings Manage and coordinate various efforts such as client remediations.Lead effort to identify release impacts to controls across RAUs.
