Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and changes to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team rounds
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety and comfort

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfort working with a geriatric population and chronic care needs
- Ability to collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team
- Willingness to travel for a temporary travel assignment
