Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents per licensed practice standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient responses
- Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes in condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; supervise and support nursing assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold infection prevention and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with rotating, 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Capacity to work onsite in the designated location and adhere to regulatory and facility policies
