Hiring Locations: Perkasie (18944) & Richboro (18954) Full-Time | In-Office

Compete to win. Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting. Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies. Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale. Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals. Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus. Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building.

Licensing requirements include an active Property & Casualty license. Life & Health license is preferred. If not currently licensed, full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly.

We're looking for a proven sales producer or highly motivated closer with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Strong persuasion and communication skills are essential. Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations. Organized and disciplined in follow-up. Insurance or financial services sales experience is preferred.

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. High earning potential tied directly to production. Paid licensing support and training. Strong leadership and coaching. Advancement opportunities within a growth-focused agency.
