This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions through telehealth platforms, working effectively with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to create personalized treatment approaches that meet client goals.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Real Help, Ltd, you will primarily support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid New Jersey state license in Mental Health Counseling (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to our organization.
