Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues and identify strengths and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals in collaboration with clients.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the highest level of client safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support clients' healing journeys while fostering community.
