We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for full ownership and management of retailer business, sales strategy, forecasting, inventory management, and financial performance. This role drives topline growth while maintaining strong retailer relationships and executing strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Independently manage retailer relationships and business strategy
? Forecast seasonal and annual sales projections tied to financial goals
? Manage open-to-buy planning, inventory, markdowns, and receipts
? Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned business
? Develop and execute strategic selling initiatives
? Identify replenishment, expansion, and growth opportunities
? Negotiate business opportunities and assortment strategies
? Analyze business performance, inventory trends, and retail performance
? Partner cross-functionally with planning, production, design, customer service, and merchandising teams
? Monitor competitive landscape and react to market trends
? Present business recaps, forecasts, and recommendations internally and externally
? Manage operational execution of assigned business
? Mentor and develop junior team members as needed
? Must be able to independently manage a wholesale business
