PMP Certified Client Delivery Manager

Leading a team focused on client delivery execution, the full-time PMP Certified Client Delivery Manager will oversee strategic initiatives, manage delivery performance, and ensure adherence to governance standards in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the Client Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution across assigned clients and strategic initiatives Monitor delivery portfolio health, performance metrics, and escalate issues to protect delivery timelines and quality Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery challenges and align execution with client expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of progressive experience in client delivery, project management, or related fields 4+ years of experience leading client-facing delivery or project teams Experience managing delivery execution and operational processes in complex environments PMP certification preferred
