Your work directly supports resident satisfaction and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who enters our doors. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and hallways Complete daily housekeeping tasks according to community standards Follow infection prevention and sanitation guidelines Identify and address environmental concerns promptly Interact respectfully with residents, family members, and visitors Contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment for residents and staff Schedule Every other weekend One weekday shift each week What We're Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, custodial services, environmental services, or customer service is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will: Be dependable and punctual Take pride in producing quality work Have strong attention to detail Enjoy working with older adults Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional conduct Work well independently and as part of a team We provide on-the-job training and welcome applicants who are eager to learn.
