Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, intermediate care to complex medical, cardiac, and surgical patients, including those with sepsis, stroke, myocardial infarction, and other critical conditions. Monitor cardiac patients with telemetry, managing medications such as Dopamine, Dobutrex, Nitro, Heparin, Cardizem, and titrating Precedex. Perform head-to-toe assessments every 6 hours, chart all findings, and administer medications with precise documentation. Manage advanced procedures including IV insertions, chest tube care, DHT insertions, tracheostomy care, CVC management, and early patient mobility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care aligned with hospital policies and unit guidelines. Maintain certifications in BLS and ACLS. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
