Mobile Growth Manager

Owning and scaling app acquisition and growth channels, the full-time Mobile Growth Manager will develop and execute strategies across platforms like Meta and TikTok, while optimizing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization Required qualifications Hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok Ability to optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenue Familiarity with mobile attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) Experience in building new channels or programs from scratch Strong collaboration skills with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams
