Chief of Staff to the CEO

What You'll Do: Reporting directly to the CEO, the CoS partners directly with the CEO, LT, and ELT to drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives, orchestrate executive governance, and ensure strong information flow, decision‑making, and execution across the company. You act as the connective tissue across senior leadership by translating executive priorities into clear actions, accountable owners, and disciplined execution. Empowered by the CEO to lead transformational priorities and ensure accountability at LT level. Key responsibilities Executive governance and operating rhythm Orchestrate executive governance and strategic planning, including meeting preparation, agenda shaping, decision capture, and action tracking. Design and run leadership touchpoints, offsets, and forums that keep enterprise priorities visible and moving. Ensure seamless information flow between the CEO, LT, ELT, and other key stakeholders so decisions are made with clarity and speed. Strategy execution and enterprise priorities Drive execution of company priorities and major cross‑functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Translate strategy into actionable plans, surface risks and misalignment early, and maintain momentum on critical workstreams. Prioritize and synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, decision points, and executive‑ready materials. Leadership alignment and influence Act as an air traffic controller and ambassador across senior stakeholders, helping align perspectives and remove friction. Support engagement and governance across LT, ELT, and the Strategy Committee through well‑structured communications and operating mechanisms. Represent the CEO’s office when needed in internal and external forums, with sound judgment and strong credibility. CEO leverage and organizational effectiveness Anticipate CEO and leadership needs, protect executive bandwidth, and reduce operational noise so the CEO can stay focused on external growth, customers, and long‑term priorities. Serve as a stabilizing force for execution during periods of change, leadership transition, or enterprise transformation. Build the structure, governance, and follow‑through mechanisms that improve cross‑functional decision quality and accountability. Who You Are: Experience and mindset Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to connect CEO vision to enterprise execution. Experience in global tech companies with significant transformations required. Highly autonomous and effective in ambiguity, with the judgment to handle sensitive topics with discretion and integrity. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear direction. Comfortable influencing senior leaders and operating across functions without direct authority.
